Boots of Faith SCHOLARSHIP 2025

It is an honor to congratulate Jessica Browder, the 2025 Boots of Faith scholarship recipient.

• Jessica has demonstrated resilience, leadership, and unwavering faith throughout her high school career.
• Is a selfless individual who always makes sure everyone around her is doing well, no matter what is occupying her mind.
• What sets Jessica apart most is her heart. She has a true desire to make others feel included, and distinguishes herself through a desire to learn and grow, an ability to act as a humble leader among peers, and her commitment to making sure others are seen and valued.
• She goes about her work with a humility and quiet dignity that is admired and is becoming all too rare in the world around us.
• Has reaffirmed her love for animals and the desire to become a veterinarian while working at a local vet. Being around animals helps Jessica to recenter herself.
• Has had to overcome obstacles in her personal life and has handled them with more maturity and persistence than most adults. Instead of allowing these challenges to define her, Jessica has used them to fuel her personal growth.
• She relies on faith as a source of strength, finding peace and purpose in difficult moments. Faith has played a large part in her ability to persevere, offering resilience to face adversity with grace.
• Jessica is grounded in her values.

Boots Of Faith is confident this young lady will continue to work hard with a humble heart but have a boldness and grit to achieve great things at Mississippi State. Her passion for animals, her involvement in church and her strong faith-based soul truly exemplifies the values of this scholarship.
